Professor Thomas GULLEDGE
President, Enterprise Integration, Inc. & Professor Emeritus of Public Policy & Engineering, George Mason University
Thomas Gulledge is the President of Enterprise Integration, Inc. and Enterprise Integration Pte Ltd (Singapore). He is also Professor Emeritus of Public Policy and Engineering at George Mason University, where he was the Director of the Policy Analysis Center within the School of Public Policy; retiring in January 2008 after 20 years at GMU. His competence areas are Logistics, Extended Enterprise Integration, Product Lifecycle Management, Engineering Management, and Supply Chain Integration & Management. Professor Gulledge has directed the Ph.D. Program in the School of Public Policy, and he was a co-founder of the Master of Science program in Enterprise Engineering & Policy, a co-sponsored program by the School of Public Policy and the School of Information Technology and Engineering. He has led many technology-related projects, most relating to information technology-enabled business transformation.
Dr. Gulledge has worked on many large-scale implementation projects. He was the technical lead in developing the information architecture for GAMA Industries in Ankara, Turkey, as well as the information architecture for the BULOG in Jakarta, Indonesia. He also led a supplier integration effort for Newport News Shipbuilding, and worked with European companies on the same topic. EII is working on issues related to the management and technical aspects of Advanced Technology, Enterprise Integration, Logistics, Product Lifecycle Management, eBusiness, and Supply Chain Management. EII developed the Single Army Logistics Enterprise (SALE) Architecture for the U.S. Army, and Dr. Gulledge continues to advise the Army on issues related to data integration and business process management. The EII team developed the Joint Medical Logistics Architecture (with NCI, Inc.) and the USTRANSCOM Joint Distribution and Deployment Architecture (with Computer Sciences Corporation). EII has also supporting the Office of the Secretary of Defense (Business Transformation) on policy issues related to on-going DoD business transformation initiatives, including the consolidation of defense organizations in Guam. Most recent accomplishments for EII include successful transportation management system implementation projects in Asia and Australia. For enterprise integration efforts, EII is focused on aligning business with IT, using commercial service-oriented composite application technologies. The projects involve a number of vendors and project sponsors, including the U.S. Tank Automotive Research Development and Engineering Center (TARDEC) and the Singapore Ministry of Defense.
Mr. Karlcharn Kongkatong

Mr. Kongkatong founded the first mobile content and service provider in Thailand. The company is now Thailand’s largest operator for developing mobile contents and advertising platforms via multi channel (WAP, SMS, MMS, IVR, AUDIOTEXT, WEB and CHAT). Currently, the company helps manage the leading content provider (N-Content) and the content rights for leading international content providers such as Disney, Sanrio, and Dreamworks.
1995-1997: President, Key West Consulting
Mr. Kongkatong founded this investment and financial consulting firm. In addition, the company provides the services on the valuation for a real estate, a company and a large-scale project for many conglomerates in Thailand. Currently, he still retains partial company ownership.
1994-1995: General Manager, Samart Corporation (PLC)
Mr. Kongkatong was primarily responsible for the company’s investment in the mobile network in Cambodia.
